Optima makes batteries using "spiralcell technology" which looks                
like what steve was referring to.  i didn't price one since they                
don't make em in size "group 41".  the brochure here lists a group 34           
(9-15/16" x 6-3/4" x 7-13/16) which MIGHT fit.  don't know if it has or         
needs a vent tube.  800 CCA.  doesn't leak, gas, corrode or                     
discharge in storage.  recharges in 2-3/4 hrs at 20 amps.                       
all disclaimers apply - i'm paraphrasing a coffee-stained brochure              
i just pulled out of the trashcan.
