Replacing rear seat belt

Hi folks, hope someone can help me with this:

My recently purchased a used right rear seatbelt from Shokan for my 
200q and can not find through the archives any directions to install 
one.  My independent shops are vague as to how many hours the job 
takes. Plus, the local dealer was reluctant to install due to liability 
(or so they claim) since it was a used belt, but they did say it was a 
simple job of removing the seat and one bolt. 

That begs the question, is it the back or bottom of the rear seat that 
needs removing and can anybody provide me with directions on R/R the 
belt?
