Find out the source and destination zip codes and then check out UPS's
Shipping Assistant at:
http://www.ups.com/using/services/rave/rate.html

Surprisingly shipping wheels COD and insured 70lbs is probably under $40 to
most of the US.  They also have a packaging system at most UPS sites that is
high-tech and for about another $10-20 they will box and pack the critters.
It's bags filled with mixed solutions that creates a hard contoured
styrofoam type deal - cool stuff...
