   It's supposed to be that way it's the top of the wastegate and on the 
   20v's the top has to see atmosphere.....

Nonsense -- it should be pressurized at about 15-20PSI, so you can run
your engine with 25-30PSI of Boost! 'Course, you'll be buying a new
engine every few days or so . . .
