V8 help

Hi Audiphiles:  

I have a request for information from this esteemed body.  

Subject vehicle: 1990 V8Q

On my way to work today, the hinge at the rear of the armrest/cellular 
phone compartment gave way.  It appears that the hinge halves are molded 
into both plastic top and bottom and connected by a rod through the 
hinges.  The local dealer quotes $158 for both plastic pieces.  I'm 
actually surprised as it would also be a good guess that the whole 
armrest would need to be purchased as a unit.  Does anyone have an idea 
or a cheaper source for a new or possibly a used one?
