Umm, well, that depends on your gear selection.  If you have an automatic,
it'll run thru all the gears & run at whatever speed 4,800RPM's will get you.
 My old (now her) '84 5kS (5 speed) had that unintended nonsense when the idle
relay went south.  You'd be runing along on the highway, 5th gear, then all of
a sudden the car would lurch forward.  Push in the clutch, RPM's sailed to
about 4,000.  Prety cool.  Basically had to drive everywhere with your foot on
the brake.  People thought you were pretty cool sitting at a stoplight with the
RPM's up at 4,000 too...
