Electrical Nonsense Fixed!!!

Yes indeed.

Thanks to Paul Timmerman's suggestions, the boneyards saved me big bucks.
I took a wiring harness from an 87 5k Wagon (same colors, gauges,
connections) and rewired the cig lighter and bulb (cost = $2.50 + $1.00
admission). Dealer wanted at least $200 for the job, electrical/german
places wanted at least $100.

Cut, splice, rewire, replace (1 hr. of labor) and PRESTO. Fixed.

Note to Noel: Thanks for your suggestions, but the instrument cluster was
ok. I did check that first, but there wasn't any "blue plastic" circuits
on mine. Did see lots at the boneyard, though.
