RE: Re[2]: Tire experts needed
Don't think I'll find a good source for windshields. My car insurance has
zero deductible on glass, and the crack means I will fail the annual safety
inspection, so my insurance company gets to replace the windshield. I have
had this done a couple of times, with no problems, so I hope it works the
same this time.
The pads, not the rotors? An interesting concept! I could have the same
problem. The steering under braking varies from steady to angry, which led
me to believe my bushings were shot. Inspection this weekend while having
the RF bearing replaced showed they were fine. Your idea of pads works, too.
It would explain the variability of the shaking, wouldn't it?
