This is just a very good deal on a maintainence item that doesn't need to be
changed often. When you replaced your spring, did you examine the
diaphragm? If it has small holes, you're losing boost pressure, but it
doesn't need to be changed right away. If it has tears, it needs to be
replaced. BTW, these are not available at the dealer. The dealer sells
only complete wastegates -- for upwards of $1200.
