Those bayonet instrument bulbs are made by Osram; if you have the part
number, you should be able to get them through any Osram distributor
or electronics supply house.  The catch is that they may have a
minimum order, but if you buy enough bulbs, you can probably hit that
number. 

Check the "Thomas Register" for some ideas, or the larger electronic
supply houses like Digi-Key, Allied, or Newark.
