RE: Radar Detectors
I would just *LOVE* to fight one of these in court! Will never happen. They will always drop the charges & return the radio receiver if challenged. They know that the law will be overturned and that the only value of having the law on the books - the 'scare tactic' value - will be totally negated.

Glen...tell that to the cops in Virginia. I'm afraid that while I
agree with you, the FCC has taken a position that allows individual
states to "outlaw" them. The commission is refusing to enforce that
particular part of the code when it comes to radar detectors.
