All you folks looking for a 200 should take a look.
I've changed the policy - I'll refresh the ads completely
after 2 weeks.  It's getting to be too much work for once
a week, plus people forget to tell me to remove their ad, so 
now I do it automatically.  I also cleaned up the format a bit.
