License plate...

License plate seen on a white Audi 100 yesterday in Madison, WI:

        FANCVW

Was a Wisconsin plate, but in several months of commuting I had not seen
the car before. Other thing that caught my eye was the word 'Concours'
(sp?) on the passenger side of the trunk lid. Does this indicate some
special trim package, or have any other significance?
