You aren't entirely correct.  I used to own a 1980 4ks with the I-5 engine.  The catch here being 
that it was an automatic transmission.  There was also a beast known as the 4ks 5+5, which was a 
_two_ door version of the 4K body style (Not the coupe, mind you) with a 5 cyl engine and a true 
5-speed tranny rather than the 4E which technically was a 4 speed with "economy" crusing gear.
