Changing tranny fluid (4KSQ)

Well, I have sitting in front of me, four bottles of Redline 
synthetic transmission fluid to be put into my 4ksq tomorrow.

Any caveats or helpful hints people would like to pass along?  
Should I do this with the car cold, or like an engine oil 
change, should I drive the car for 1/2 hour first?

Also, what's the recommended method for getting the fluid out of 
the bottle and into the tranny w/o giving the garage floor an 
expensive bath?
