Throttle body mods for NA I-5?

I have been reading the posts regarding the throttle body upgrades for the V6 engine with 
interest.  Is there any sort of modified TB manufactured for the normally aspirated I-5 engines?

What about mods that could be done to the TB by taking it to a local machine shop with specific 
instructions on what they would need to do?  

Or is this one of the areas that should be left alone since the cost and effort won't result in 
much of a payback?
