I have read the notes and answers on this club with absolute astonishment.
My original hesitation in joining was due to the lack of events down here in
Florida, along with no indication of any substantial discounts or benefits
as a member.
Whether you pass this to anyone of any importance or decision making
capability in your organization is moot. Your club has lost me as a possible
member. With that, you don't need to read any further, and probably won't.

You exist as a SERVICE ORGANIZATION. The concept of service doesn't seem to
exist in your vocabulary. To treat members and potential members from this
list in the high handed and superior manner you have indicates a serious
attitude problem that will only be corrected when you are voted out of your
positions. I intend to contact the Attorney General for your state of
incorporation, along with Florida, and ask for an investigation of your "Not
for Profit" status. If there is a way to involve the IRS, I'll happily do
that also. You may not feel the need to answer to us, but the questions that
come from the authorities may be even harder to answer.

There is only one reason at this time that I can think of that would justify
my dues - to vote all of you out and replace you with caring, responsive,
and COMPETANT staff. I don't even need to know the reason why the NW portion
of your club has split away - its been played out in front of me for two weeks.

After 21 years in the military, dealing with out of control service
organizations is something I'm VERY familiar with - not to mention the I'm
important, you're scum mentality. All it takes is enough EXTERNAL pressure.

If you have a Public Relations director - fire him or her. If you don't, you
better hire one. Better set aside some money for attorney fees, too.
