The variable relay is set by turning wiper stalk to 'Intermittent' position.
Then one turns the stalk back to 'Off' for the interval one wants. Then
move stalk back to 'Intermittent'. Relay holds this interval till turned
off or one goes to full wipe.

BTW. Just want the listmembers to know the guys running the outfit below is
pretty cool about using this list. They sell the variable relay. How did I
know. I wrote them and asked if they sold it!
They never propositioned me. And they even posted a lower price of a competitor!

For the few buck difference, I might just buy it from them. At least they
provided tech and info support. When did NeuSpeed provide me info on the
Internet.

Just want you guys to know not everyone is in for taking out monies without
giving anything in return.
