A more relavant comparison would be the E class Mercs.  I just got my
E320 and it is a nice car, but not the sportsedan the V8 is.  I have not
drive and E420 with the V8 but that would be pretty close.  Still no
sports sedan though and rear wheel drive.

E420 comes in in the low 50's I think.

Next sedan I buy will be the A8 there is no doubt, But the E Class Mercs
are certainly competant cars.  Oh by the way,  I, Audi Gods forgive me,
subscribed to the Merc list.....for a few days.  That was a joke
compared to this list.  But their attitude was probably what most would
expect from Merc owners.  Oh well.
