That's interesting. The times I've called them, they said they only could
get the stock Boge struts, no the Turbo Gas or Pro Gas units. I asked for
these specifically, and repeated it, stressing that I was purchasing sets
for two cars -- 8 struts/shocks total! This is a $500 order, defintely
nothing to sneeze at!

I might go for the afternoon session only. I'm not interested in the lane
toss, braking exercises, etc. I'm turning into a "track snob." $65 for
half a day of driving on a runway seems steep compared to $60 for a full day
of PIR time with the Alfa or Porsche clubs. I haven't talked to Stan yet to
see if there is a partial day rate. I may go up just to hang with the boys.
I definitely want to see your Dad's (my old) car. With the minor tuning
you've done, and some decent driving, you should be able to take all the
non-turbo 4ks (including Ned's if he hasn't modified it since Nov. '95) and
a few TQCs as well!

This car shouldn't have had one; I was told that the Audis with rear mounted
fuel filters (of which this car has two) didn't have this disposable filter!

Did you see much of an improvement with the K&N filter? There has been much
debate about this on the list.

This was definitely needed. The TSWs that were on that car are now on my 5k
wagon BTW.

Where did you get the seats? Cost?

See ya!
