QClub member rights

	Quick note on QClub books and who can see 'em. As a non-profit
organization, I believe [barring funky laws in Minn.] that a member has
an absolute right to see the books--wide open.  Non-members prolly not;
and, as a member, it may be that it can only be done during normal
business hours and at the principal place of business. By-laws may speak
to this, but remember, unless the by-laws on file attempt to regulate it,
board members [who obviously see all the expenses] are nothing but
members with a different title.
