A41.8TQ is coming!

Well folks, sounds like some dealers are misinformed or just lying (the 
latter may be the most probable).

Jim Reynolds, DSM of Audi So.Cal., has layed out the product plans, and 
this was confirmed by me personally to Michigan in a phonecall to Audi 
Press Relations, and the 1.8TQ will be here starting in September.
So will the 30V. However, no A4 wagons this year. But the Passat will 
have the 30V V6 (this was not confirmed by Audi but by a local VW 
dealer). Ouch!

Rusnak says the pricing is about 3K less than V6.

I placed my order for a loaded one. Then we will ChipChipChip (sang to a 
Wagnerian Opera theme)!

The 30V V6 sounds great. It will level the field with the C280/328's of 
the world.

So.Cal QCLub hopefully will have a A4 1.8TQ/30V Roll out this fall.
