<5KCStq and T> electric wasser pump repair

In the continuing after run cooling system saga, I have attempted to glue
together my cooling pump for the 7th (8th?) time. I will do lots to aviod
spending 4+ QCUSAs (143.00 for the uninitiated). This time I'm trying DevCon
Plastic Welder, an epoxy type glue specifically for hard plastics. Had a
recommendation not for use above 200F, but since I figure there's a design
margin in there, figure lets push it.

So far it's lasted three complete heating/cooling cycles without a burp.
Last try (Marine Goop) lasted 20 minutes or less. Stuff is pretty neat - mix
it up, looks like silicone (off white). 15 minutes to rubber, about 2 hours
to tough and hard. Cleaned with acetone (PVC cleaner) first, scratched up to
help adhesion.

Previous attempts with complete failure to adhere: Super Glue, JB Weld,
various epoxies, Super Seal, and PVC Solvent Weld.

I figure it isn't fixed yet - just ain't broke (As the Gods roll on the
floor, laughing in derision)...
