'82 Ur-q in Atlanta ads

I just saw this Sunday's Atlanta Journal-Constitution classifieds, and
there was an '82 silver ur-quattro listed with 34K original miles for
$18,000. 

I was wondering how this compares with the market?  The few ur's I've
seen for sale all were pretty much below $10k.  Even with only 34K on it,
the car is still 14 years old.  Also, if it is the same silver ur I saw
several weeks ago, it didn't look like pristine condition (although I
only saw it driving by; maybe it just needed a wash-and-wax).
