Jonathan and everyone else who cares,
	The throttle body is available from Schaumberg Audi for $295. You 
can check the archive or the back of EC magazine for their number. 
Essentially they bore out the secondary inlet to improve flow, and set 
the secondary to open immediately rather than at 1/3 throttle. This 
translates to significantly improved low end torque and better 
acceleration. You can estimate about one hour of labor for replacement. 
They have enough TBs on hand to send one out and get yours after the 
replacement. This should not void your warranty, since the part is EPA 
and CARB approved, unless the problem is traced directly to the part. I 
have been very happy with it, and it appears that my gas mileage has 
improved. The usual disclaimers apply...just a satisfied customer.
