Looking for TQ under $9000

Hello all,
  Talked to a friend tonight who is looking for a different car, and is
considering an Audi.  He has about $9000 to spend and would like to find a
Quattro in the Portland, Oregon area.  A 200TQ would be first choice, but a
90Q would be considered.  If anyone has any leads, I would appreciate it.
