<5KCSTQ> AC Compressor

It seems my AC compressor has a bad front seal. Not willing to follow my own
advice at this time, can someone answer the following questions:

1) I have the NipponDenso compressor. I'm getting widely varying prices for
a rebuilt unit - From 199.00 to 378.00. This compressor is not anywhere near
the size (length) of the big Delco/York.

2) One guy asked me If I have a 'mini-York'. Wazzat?

3) Has anyone seen a rebuild kit for these? Front seal shouldn't be THAT
hard (the Audi gods stir...).

4) Has anyone rebuilt one?

New - IPC 605.00 w/o clutch (choke/gasp), Blau - 495.00
One place swore they had one on the shelf for 150.00 - I'll see them Monday...
