New A4 Owner Questions...

I've been lurking here a while and as a new A4Q owner I have a few
questions...

First, does anyone know if there's a service manual available?  I've been
told the dealers use microfilm, there's no printed book available from Audi
and the third party folks don't have one yet.  Anyone know differently?

Second, like others, I'm researching less expensive alternatives to CD
changers.  If anyone has any advice it would be appreciated.  If adapters are
not available soon, I'm thinking I'd like to find an Audi dealer willing to
deal on a mail-order price for the factory unit.  Anyone know any "deep
discount" parts departments?  (I have one quote already)

Third, there have been several comments about the modified throttle body but
little objective information (like cost, benefits, trade-offs, etc.).  Anyone
here have one?

Finally, does anyone know about wheels for the A4?  I know they are 16 x 7's
but is the bolt pattern and offset common with other Audi's?  I'm considering
a 2nd set of wheels and tires for track use and would ideally like to pick up
something cheap.  Any ideas would be very welcome.

Any other A4 owners interested in keeping in touch are also welcome to drop
