200q heated seats

I know, discussion on heated seats when practically the entire country 
is hotter than hell.  Well, I have a few extra dollars to spend now and 
want to try to get this taken care of now.

My drivers heated seat is inoperational (bottom and back) and the shop 
is going to take the seat apart on Thursday.  I am thinking that it is 
probably NOT the heating element since both the bottom and back are not 
working.  On a previous visit to the shop, they checked the switch, 
visable wires underneath the seat, the relay makes its clicking sound.  
Nothing out of the ordinary there, and they felt they needed to go into 
the seat.

Appreciate anybody with previous heated seat problems on 200's share 
their experience on what was wrong with me.  Linda@Carlson can sell me 
an element and I can return it if its not the element. Think I should 
buy one for the bum and back, take it to the shop, and see what they 
find out?
