Frozen wheel bearings

I have a wheel bearing frozen into the rear strut of my 4KCSQ. I have
already tried the usual- soak in penetrating oil and use a 12 ton press- no
luck.

Anyone know of any other tricks? Can you heat the bearing mount enough to
free the bearing without crystallizing the steel and causing incipient
failure due to cracking at the worst possible time?

Been looking for used struts- but prices so far as steep.

Anyone have any suggestions?
