V8 (or any Audi) Towing

Tim Gortner asked about trailer hitches; I would be interested 
in any experiences folks have. I think that I will put the hitch
on the 100S vs. the V8. I won't be towing anything heavy. 

I have seen on some BMW parts brochures some real cool hitches.
I thinks they may be european (as was the catalog) but the 
reciever part is hidden well forward of the bumper and the 
hitch is a cast or forged unit that extends the ball out to
where it needs to be. Any body know about this type?
