This morning I called Audi of America customer service regarding
the shimmy I've got (er, that my car's got). I spoke with a very 
pleasant woman named Kim, who, after hearing my story, was
very apologetic and promised to "get things sorted out" and
maybe sic the regional rep on the dealer.

I explained to her my disgust with the service manager, and she
seemed genuinely surprised about how blunt he'd been.

Anyhow, I'll be interested to see if anything actually comes out
of this, other than pissing off the service manager... I've heard too
many negative stories about AOA on this list to get my hopes up
much. 

I'll keep y'all posted...
