4kq electrical

        Although it's not winter yet -- i'd like to get some edvice on how
to fix my heated seats... the passenger side went first.. then the driver side..

Also, since my new alternator was installed.. i have no low beams.. it's not
a fuse... 

A guy on the Q-list is sending me a Bently manual for $50 -- can anyone
point me in the right direction with these 'electrical' issues?  Any
experiences you guys think could help me would be vy appreciated!!
