As a point of information to anybody who cares;
MTM (Motoren Technik Mayer) is a well known tuner in Wettstaetten, Germany.
 It is likely that Ned buys from these folks, among others.  But the trick
isn't just knowing where to shop, it's also knowing how to screw it together.
