'92 100CSQ: 1) Cold start problem. 2) Wind noise.
My '92 100CSQ has these two problems that have appeared in the last month:
1) On a cold start, once the motor catches, I need to give it full
throttle for a few seconds or it will immediately die. It can take more
than one attempt to get it going. The engine tends to run fine after
starting, but sometimes after about 30 seconds after starting the car will
lose power and need full throttle to keep it going. Once the engine is
warm, it runs near perfect.
2) There's wind noise at the driver's door. It sounds like the window is
just a bit open (although it's fully up).
Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.
(I was also at the Bremerton event last week. Granted my the 100 is a bit
sluggish, especially with the automatic, but it was a hell of a lot of
fun.)
