Sure, it's possible.  Silly tho, you will drastically reduce your visibility at
night (take it from someone with both an '84 5kS & a '87 5kTQ.)  Turbo
headlamps suck, period.  Put some driving lamps on your '84 instead.  If you
insist tho, you'll need the grill, both headlamp assemblies, & both metal trim
peices that run the length of the bumper from the turbo.

Uhh, in my Chebby experience, this usually means a cylinder/piston problem...
