Sounds like a wheel bearing to me.  My first one went about 130k miles.

The bearings can be purchased for $30 each from Imparts (OEM
manufacturer).  Since most places put the strut tower in a press to remove
the bearings, it might be a good time to replace the struts and the strut
tower bearings too.
