Flashing trip computer

Subject: Trip puter flashes after 2 hours?

On my 90, after spending two straight hours on the road, the trip
computer will flashh 2:00 and then after another 2 hours 4:00.  And so
on I imagine.  Any one know the reason behind this?

Rob, it means pull over and take a break!!!  I saw it all the time on my 37 hour
drive from D.C. to L.A.  More on that, and the joys of Quattro Tomorrow.
