Nope, sorry.  On the inner loop, MD side, just about a mile before MD-450.
Things have *changed*!  I've been beating myself to jelly on the beltway the
last 20 years, and recently *enforcement* on the MD side has gone up an order of
magnitude or more.  This guy was in one of new big chebbys with the new dark 
paint scheme, and was using VASCAR.  

Turn off your detectors on the MD beltway troops, it looks like the state is 
going for VASCAR in a big way!  and watch out for late model (and high-end) 
ponchos, buicks & olds, in bright colors.  Very un-cop like...
