There happens to be a somewhat similar discussion over on the
DIY_FI (do-it-yerself fool injection) list on superchargers
and turbos.

There's also an interesting discussion on the merits of MAP
(manifold absolute pressure) and MAF (mass airflow) control
for fool injection systems.
