Performance Exhaust for Audi 90 5 cyl

My 1988 Audi 90 5 cyl (nonturbo) is in need of new exhaust components so while
I'm replacing things, I'd like to improve them a little. What is the
consensus (if any) on aftermarket free flow cats and free flow muffler
systems for the 90? Has anyone on the list done a free flow exhaust on
a nonturbo 90? What did you do and how were the results? who are good 
suppliers? Any advice or info will be appreciated...
