   Now that summer is upon us, I've made repair of my defogger wiring more of a
   priority. My kit from J.C. Whitney arrived today. Lo and behold, its made by
   LocTite.
   Nomenclature: LOCTITE Quick Grid Rear Window Defogger Repair Kit
   PN: 79340-15067

   Those of us that like to find things more locally should find this info
   useful. I paid $9.99 (plus shipping).

   Near as I can tell - copper powder in a nail polish suspension.
