Ignorance is Tire-ing

WARNING!  Warning, Mr. Chris Palmer....you are ASSUMING the driver 
ever read the warnings on that tire.  I'd bet you a tidy sum that if 
we could ask her, she would be **totally ignorant** of the speed 
restriction on that tire.  It is depressing that so many drivers are 
almost totally ignorant of basic things which are written in their owner's 
manual.  How many people do you know who have ever actually 
READ one?  (Of course, we on this list all do, don't we???)
