Stop-Leak

I've used Stop-Leak, the Silver stuff, and various other items in
older cars.

IMHO: they're suited for short-term use when your radiator springs a
leak and you can't stop for repairs for a few days.

The do NOT substitute for having a radiator removed from the vehicle,
rodded out to clean out gunk, then re-soldered as necessary. This
is, ***IMHO*** much preferable to replacing a radiator for $200+ when
you can get it cleaned out and working like new for $60-$80.
