Clutch take up, 90Q
Thank you for the reply. Some other members on the list also pointed out
that it could be ISV. Do you know how it looks like and where is that bloody
thing located on 90Q (1988)? I stil do not have any manuals (trying to find
a Bentley). Is the ISV an electrical or pneumatic or mechanical device?
Smooth clutch release is especially troblesome when the engine is cold.
RPM is usualy stable ,but litle bit too low ,700-750.
Thanks again for help.
>>Check out your idle stabilizer. I had a problem where the idle stablizier
was bad and it was impossible to control the throttle well enough to get a
smooth clutch release because the bad stabilzer always did the wrong thing
at the wrong time. Was not related to the clutch at all but it sure seemed
like it!
