Quattro archive access.

Starting form June 12/96 I cannot access archives on the address:
http://coimbra.ans.net/cgi-bin/lwgate/QUATTRO/archives/

The window I get on the above address brings only a message as follows:

'This server has encountered an internal error which prevents it from
fulfilling your request. The most likely cause is a misconfiguration. Please
ask the administrator to look for messages in the server's error log.'

Does anybody know what is happening?
