No access to archives??

I have a problem to access Quattro archives. The address 
http://coimbra.ans.net/cgi-bin/lwgate/QUATTRO/archives/
report the Server Eror (see below).

Also, the address http://coimbra.ans.net/quattro/  brings me to Index of
Quattro page (see below)
But, if I click on 'arcives' it sends me back to 'Parent directory' and vice
versa!

the address  http://coimbra.ans.net/qlist/list.html offers me various
choices, but I cannot open any of 94 or 95 archives (96 is not on this
list), only files with extension txt are accessible.

Am I doing something wrong, or...
