Bearing prices

     Anyone know where I can get the best price on front wheel bearings?  
     So far I have been quoted $84.00/ea and $132.00/ea.  Why can't I go to 
     a bearing wholesaler and get them?  Does anyone have the bearing mfg 
     and # for this car?  It is an early 1990 Coupe Quattro.
