... I actually got a rebuilt unit from Mountain Automotive Products ... they
had a sale on them at the time.  The rebuilt unit is supposed to have higher
quality components than the OEM (bearings?).  I can't speak to that, but I 
found that the rebuilt unit looked very good, and it was very easy to 
install.  Mountain advertises in EC ... probably elsewhere as well ...

The only caveat is that in my case the fan was very difficult to remove 
from the old motor.  I ended up mushrooming the threads on the old motor
getting the fan off the old motor ... it might be good to find some kind 
of sleeve to put over the threaded part so that you can wail away.
