I recently (last month) bought a 93 S4 with 46,000 miles for $28,990.  It was in
excellent condition, had an extra set of alloy wheels with snow tires and a CD
changer and a transferrable 100,000 mile warranty.  A 94 with low miles for $35K
seems in the ballpark from what I saw when I was looking.
